This means: verifying all issues promptly, addressing defects when they occur, only offering in-stock items, and always shipping on time.
- eBay policy violations: duplicate listings that don’t comply with policy (eBay describes how acceptable duplicates should look), offering products from unauthorized sources, offering prohibited items.

Analyze the situation and try to find the cause of the suspension. If sellers feel confident, they can try to appeal the suspension themselves.
