II. Personal Data Protection System
When selecting technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed data, the Data Controller primarily considered: the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 29, 2004 regarding documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions that devices and IT systems used for personal data processing should meet (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The most important elements of the applied personal data protection system include:
1. SSL Certificate, guaranteeing that communication between your computer and the alecommerce.pl service is protected (encrypted) with a 256-bit key.
2. We collect and process only necessary personal data and only for the shortest possible time, and you must give additional consent for any activities not related to order fulfillment.
3. Only authorized persons trained in personal data protection have access to your personal data.
4. The IT system of the alecommerce.pl website and internal company procedures meet all personal data protection standards.

The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows processing personal data if it is necessary for contract performance or taking steps to enter into a contract; if you decide to also provide your surname, we consider that you have consented to processing your surname as well — then the legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which allows processing personal data based on voluntarily given consent;
Data provided during order placement is processed by alecommerce.pl and the following entities within the scope specified below:
a) name, surname and company name, address, NIP indicated as data for which the sales document should be issued are transferred to the accounting system:
– IFIRMA SA with headquarters in Wrocław, ul. Grabiszyńska 241B, 53-234 Wrocław, registered in the National Court Register in Wrocław maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number KRS 0000281947, NIP: 898-16-47-572, REGON: 931082394, with Data Protection Officer available at email address iod@ifirma.pl
c) In case of using payment with an external payment system, all data provided after going to the payment operator’s page remains registered only in their database and is not accessible or stored by alecommerce.pl in any way. alecommerce.pl cooperates with external payment operators:
– Dotpay Sp. z o.o., with headquarters in Kraków, 30-552 Kraków, at ul. Wielicka 72, registered by the District Court Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000700791, having NIP number 634-26-61-860, EU NIP PL6342661860, REGON number 240770255 and share capital of 4,000,000.00 PLN, paid in full in cash.
2. Registration on the alecommerce.pl website
During registration, we ask for data necessary to create an account on alecommerce.pl, this data is also necessary for order fulfillment, as mentioned in point 1. By registering, you save time because to place an order there is no need to enter data necessary for order fulfillment each time, just log in.
A registered client after logging in also has the ability to verify the status of placed orders and purchase history.
During registration we ask for:
– name and surname or company/institution name –necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment;
– email and phone number – necessary for communication related to order fulfillment;
Data is stored for 5 years from the last login. If a client registered but did not make a purchase, the data can be deleted at any time upon client request. In case of a purchase by the client, the data storage time is 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with applicable regulations governing the storage time of accounting documents.
3. For marketing purposes via newsletter, we process such personal data as:
email address to which commercial and educational information from alecommerce.pl will be sent, which the user can unsubscribe from at any time by logging into their account on alecommerce.pl and selecting the appropriate option, clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter, or writing to us at: biuro@alecommerce.pl
The email address is processed solely for sending promotional materials to people who have consented to receive these materials when subscribing to the newsletter.
The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows processing personal data if it is necessary for contract performance or taking steps to enter into a contract; if you decide to also provide your surname, we consider that you have consented to processing your surname as well — then the legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which allows processing personal data based on voluntarily given consent;
4. To handle complaints, we process such personal data as:
– Company Name, person representing the company (name and surname)
– email address
The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows processing personal data if it is necessary for contract performance or taking steps to enter into a contract; if you decide to also provide your surname, we consider that you have consented to processing your surname as well — then the legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which allows processing personal data based on voluntarily given consent;
5. For correspondence with us, we process such personal data as:
name and surname or company/institution name, address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to identify the correspondent and to reply
email – necessary for communication in case of contact via electronic mail
6. For electronic contact, it is necessary to provide such data as:
– name and surname
– email address
When asking questions via the contact form or via email, your data is stored for 180 days and serves only to answer your questions.
7. In case personal data is provided to us that is not necessary for contract fulfillment or legal obligation, e.g., in correspondence with us, in contract withdrawal forms, warranty or guarantee forms, this data will be immediately deleted or anonymized and will not be processed.
Therefore, please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not explicitly request and that is not relevant from the point of view of contract fulfillment or legal obligation.
IV. Cookies
alecommerce.pl on its website, like other entities, uses so-called cookies, i.e., short text information saved on a computer, phone, tablet, or other user device. They can be read by our system, as well as by systems belonging to other entities whose services we use (e.g., Facebook, Google).
Within alecommerce.pl, cookies are used that are responsible for:
– ensuring security — cookies are used to authenticate users and prevent unauthorized use of the client panel. They therefore serve to protect user personal data from access by unauthorized persons;
– impact on processes and performance of website use — cookies are used to ensure the website functions smoothly and that functions available on it can be used, which is possible among other things by remembering settings between subsequent visits to the site. Thanks to them, you can efficiently navigate the website and individual subpages;

Data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.
*The company atthost.pl does not have direct access to personal data collected through the alecommerce.pl store and does not process it in any way.
b) alecommerce.pl
The alecommerce.pl website uses “cookies” technology, i.e., text files placed on your device, to enable alecommerce.pl to recognize you and adapt alecommerce.pl to your needs.
alecommerce.pl uses cookies to:
1. remember login (session lasts 30 minutes from last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
2. remember the contents of your cart (session lasts 30 days from last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
3. remember your alecommerce.pl display preferences (session lasts 30 days from last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

alecommerce.pl very carefully selects its business partners but is not responsible for their cookie policy. Therefore, we recommend verifying each of our partners on your own and independently deciding whether you want to accept their cookies.

V. Right to Withdraw Consent

– click the link in the email message, attached at the end of the newsletter message or
– delete the posted product review
If your personal data processing was based on consent, its withdrawal does not mean that personal data processing up to that point was illegal. In other words, until consent withdrawal we have the right to process your personal data and its revocation does not affect the legality of previous processing.
VI. Requirement to Provide Personal Data
Providing any personal data is voluntary and depends on your decision. However, in some cases, providing specific personal data is necessary to meet your expectations regarding the use of the alecommerce.pl online store.
To make a purchase transaction on alecommerce.pl, it is necessary to provide your first and last name, company/residential address/location where the training will take place, and phone number—without this, we are unable to fulfill the order.
To subscribe to the newsletter, it is necessary to provide an email address—without this, we are unable to send marketing messages to newsletter subscribers.
To contact alecommerce.pl, it is necessary to provide an email address or phone number—without this, we are unable to answer your question.
For traditional mail correspondence, it is necessary to provide your first and last name, as well as a mailing address.
To add product reviews in the alecommerce.pl online store, it is necessary to provide your first name—without this, we are unable to publish the review.

Like most entrepreneurs, we use the help of other entities in our business, which often involves the need to transfer personal data. Therefore, when necessary, we transfer your personal data to the following recipients:
