Customer service and the course of customer relations is particularly important in international sales via eBay. Certain standards may seem difficult to implement at first. We’ll present the best methods for resolving disputes with customers, how to communicate with customers, and what rules to absolutely follow.

Topics that will be covered:

  • return handling: how to efficiently process product returns
  • complaint handling, i.e., seller and buyer rights and obligations
  • item not as described: what to do when a customer claims they received something different from what they ordered
  • missing items and lost shipments, i.e., how to explain to a customer that they won’t receive their ordered item
  • you’ll learn how to organize shipping to European Union countries

Questions and answers

No. Online training is conducted in such a way that each participant gets the most out of it, and its quality doesn’t differ from on-site training.

However, remember to prepare properly.

First and foremost, make sure to find a quiet place where you can remain focused throughout the entire training.

After setting the date, you’ll receive information and instructions from me about what software to prepare for the training day.

During online training, I use free but very good remote desktop software, and voice connection via phone or voice communicator.
